I had a bit of a mixed experience at Hotel Mura Cancun. The room I stayed in was comfortable and a good value, but the staff left a lot to be desired. While the night shift employee was super helpful, I had a frustrating interaction with daytime staff when organizing a taxi. Overall, I appreciated the room quality and location, but the service could use some improvement.
